Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
